Booker AI LLC ("Booker," "we," "us") provides AI-powered call answering and scheduling services to service businesses. As part of our service, we send operational text message notifications to our business customers (the owners and operators who subscribe to Booker).

What messages we send

Operational notifications about your account's booked appointments, including schedule updates, reschedules, cancellations, and running-late alerts. These messages are transactional and operational only. We do not send marketing or promotional content to this number.

How you opt in

Booker customers provide express consent to receive these operational SMS notifications during onboarding, as part of agreeing to Booker's service. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any good or service.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Most customers receive a small number of messages per month.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further operational texts to that number.

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Mobile information is never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
