Client is responsible for providing any legally required disclosures or obtaining consent for call recording and AI processing. Booker AI does not provide legal advice regarding compliance obligations.

We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Use of Services

You may use the services only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for how AI-generated outputs are used and for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

AI Limitations

AI systems are probabilistic and may produce errors, omissions, or unexpected results. Booker AI does not guarantee accuracy, availability, or business outcomes.

Billing

Services may include fixed subscription fees and usage-based charges. Usage fees are calculated based on actual system usage and billed in arrears unless otherwise agreed.

No Guarantee

Booker AI does not guarantee revenue, lead volume, bookings, or business performance.

Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for nonpayment, misuse, or legal risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Booker AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding one (1) month.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Security

Booker AI implements reasonable, industry-standard safeguards designed to protect customer data.

Encryption

Data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 or equivalent standards.

Infrastructure
